Shipping Address was correct but is in a different country

I ordered two custom mouse mats and only one arrived. The second one has shipped to a different country. After waiting and thinking that the shipping company would solve the issue, it is clear they won't be doing that any time soon.

 

I've tried to reach razer customer support with all of their contact us links but ultimately it's just a loop that doesn't let you talk to anyone. Without even reaching out to a single person I already feel neglected by razer.

 

If anyone can offer some advice or even a contact at razer that would be greatly appreciated.
