Stuck in FedEx customs. They require a form from manufacturer with identification (MID). There are threads with this issue from 4+ years ago on this forum. Has Razer not learned to preemptively provide this?
I struggled to find a way to talk to someone about my order. The support website just kept directing me to a FAQ page that didn’t address my issues. I couldn’t find a way to contact customer support so I am posting here.
