Hello,

I ordered a laptop which was supposed to arrive no later than March 3rd. I live in Berkeley, but will relocate to France on the 20th.
Despite my numerous emails to the Support, I did not receive the tracking information so far. Apparently, the laptop I paid for is still in the warehouse. Out of the blue, two days ago, I received an email from Razer saying my order has been successfully canceled. I have not been refunded, and the Support has no idea why I received such an email. This whole experience is a joke. 

Did it already happen to anyone else? Are there currently big delivery delays? And is it possible to ask for a delivery in France without having to pay the international delivery costs?
