Hey!
I ordered a mouse, but i did is at a guest. The e-mail they sent have a “CHECK YOUR ORDER STATUS” button, but it only redirected me to a login screen, and since i ordered it as a guest, there were no profiles to log in to.
I created a profile, but it seems like the two isn’t in sync.
I tried to contact customer support, but both the “chat now”, the “feedback”, the “call us via mobile” redirects me to https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support

I tried to refund it and order it again inside of my profile, but i can only refund products i have on my profile. To refund i have to contact support, which isn’t available. At this point i’m really scared if that was the real razer site or not, because it really feels like a scam. Is there such a scam out there?
