 im aware you recieved the item on the 16? why havent i recieved my refund? you guys are making the process way longer, i wanted to return my 16 inch pc so i could get a 14inch and you made the process way more difficult to the point the 16% off the pc i wanted went down to 10% i just want my refund fck the pc idc when can i recieve it? were talking about 2083 $ dollars not no measly 100 bucks, its already been 7 days a whole week its next Tuesday, ya receievd it last Tuesday(UPDATE) I STILL DONT SEE 2,000 IN MY BANK??? IM SO FCKING DONE WITH THIS LAME ASS GAMING COMPANY IM JUST GOING TO TAKE MY BUSINESS TO ALIEN WARE, YOUR SUPPORT CHAT IS DOGSHIT AND THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION WITH NO PHONE NUMBERS AND JUST STRAIGHT THROUGH A PORTAL IS A EGREGIOUS, Karen Grace, Gideon L, Christine, All these Agents And Still No Resolution, and i never Recieved a rma As well, NEVER, even after i started the process and sent the package back to ya via fedex, it about to be approximately 20 days since i started the return on dec9th, Wtf are you guys running over there?? a third world company ??? and thank you as well for ruining another christmas
