I tried to register my blackshark V2 X and found that it was already registered. Bought it from shopee and saw that I didnt have any registration code for it so I tried registering the headset to get the Surround Sound 7.1

If the card with the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code is missing and the headset is already linked to other account, I suggest you return the device to the reseller.
