I would like to reduce the size of the Windows partition. But although the Blade 17 C: partition has around 733 GB free, it cannot be reduced in size. According to disk management, the memory available for downsizing on C. is 0 MB. Does anyone know a solution?

Shrink the windows partition
+1I’d use 3rd party app like Gparted for this. Download it from their website, use rufus to make a bootable USB drive then you can shrink the volume successfully.
