Hello
I have a razer basilisk v3 mouse for about 3 years. I used to use the left and right clicks of the scroll wheel ("side scroll") to switch from one virtual desktop to another on windows 10 (I don't remember which tool I used). The "right click scroll" suddenly didn't allow me to switch between desktops anymore but the left one was still working.
I tried to uninstall all the mouse drivers in the device manager. Then I restarted the computer, reconnected my mouse and installed Razer's synapse software to test the right-click wheel function. I assigned it to open the calculator, same for the left wheel click. This confirmed that the left wheel click works and not the right. I tried to do this procedure again on a different on which the mouse had never been installed, same result.
I conclude that the trouble is not about software but hardware. I'm not sure what I can do now, should I follow a repair tutorial (already tried to find one) or should I buy a new mouse because I'm no longer under warranty?
Thank you in advance for your help!

Did you already try testing the mouse on a different PC for further isolation? You can also use a can of compressed air to remove dust and debris from the affected area.
Thanks for your answer Razer.Zionzedd.
Yes i forgot a word in my text "I tried to do this procedure again on a different laptop.."
