Sila App not responding

I just recently bought a Sila Router, I downloaded the app. Put my information in and gives me a green screen with a spiny wheel. Won’t do anything else after that. I’ve reset my phone, turned off and on my WiFi and Bluetooth, I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app 15 times. Still nothing. Is the app just broke?

    Please send me the serial number of the router and the model and build number of your smartphone. I can use those to check for possible compatibility issues. By the way, is the router working properly, mobile app aside? *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
