Sila app not working

So for the first time in a while, I decided to try my Sila app seeing I recently changed my password to my Razer account. Unsurprisingly, after signing in with the new PW, my Sila is supposedly offline when, in fact, it's on and enabling me to write this message.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, restarted the router... all to no avail. I should not be forced to factory reset my router because the app is a continual weak point. Don't even suggest I do so, either. I shouldn't have to deal with the hassle of reattaching all my wifi devices because your app is broken.

I'm willing to listen to suggestions here that are reasonable and can get this issue resolved.
