November 22nd I made a large purchase on razer.com. I registered the laptop and the stand immediately after receiving the items. It's been over 14 days which is the indicated wait time. I opened a customer support case and did not hear back. So I waited several days and then opened another case... and have not heard back yet.
I love the products and overall the customer service has been great for other things. However, I would just like to receive the silver points sincea purchase over $5,000 gives significant silver points. I'm looking forward to using them to buy Razer peripherals. Please help or provide direction on how I should move forward.
