Looking for support to well…. support.

 

I have owned a Siren Mini V3 for a few months and I have manged to use it…. once? Then it ends up in the box again. As seen in hundreds of posts, this Mic does not work. And apparently the only sure way to get it to work…. is to uninstall the app it auto installs…

I want to keep Synapse since I have a razer mouse. What is the solution?

I have scoured reddit, these forums, youtube. Uninstalling seems to be the only way. I have tried to turn on “Stream Mixing” which seems to pick it up for some items but not most.

    I see a lot of people have same issue with Razer seiren mini v3, it works only when Synapse is not installed but when you have any other Razer’s devices  - it becomes a disaster, as you want to use Synapse. SO the issue is pretty old, why no response from Razer at all?
