"Site Under Maintenance"
When I click on the "Check your order status" link in my order-confirmation email I get directed to a web site that says, "Site Under Maintenance." This has been going on for over 24 hours.
When requesting support chat I get a message that no one is available for chat. This has happened during the business hours stated on the Razer support site.
How am I supposed to check on my order status?
