"Site Under Maintenance"


When I click on the "Check your order status" link in my order-confirmation email I get directed to a web site that says, "Site Under Maintenance." This has been going on for over 24 hours. When requesting support chat I get a message that no one is available for chat. This has happened during the business hours stated on the Razer support site. How am I supposed to check on my order status?

this is exactly whats been happening to me for the past couple days been trying to figure out also.

Thank you. Unfortunately I placed my order before creating an account. I did get good news, though. My order has shipped.
