Slash key not working

Hello,
For about three weeks now, I've had a very annoying problem: on my AZERTY keyboard, there's a key that does either : or / (with the shift key). The latter no longer works. I tried with another keyboard (Logitec) and the problem is exactly the same, no /. When starting up, as long as Synapse isn't running, it works fine, of course.
If I uninstall Synapse and restart, it works. 
But if I reinstall, same problem. Even with the last install program. 
I think there's an error in my cloud configuration, but I don't know what to do or where it might be coming from, even though Synapse has been installed and running for months. 

Any help would be appreciated,

Is it the same thing without Synapse running in the background? Oh, I spent some hours testing (I’m working in computers). It is NOT the keyboard, because if I change it from razer to logitec, slash still out of work. Now if you want serial numbers of my Nagra trinity or my mouse blackwidow tenkeyless I can send them but I don’t see why you need them.
Moreover, when I start the PC in safe mode the slash works. In normal mode slash is OK 1 minute, till the keyboard drivers start too.
And, finally, if I uninstall synapse, slash works.

if I reinstall, even after deleting all files in the c:\program\razer folder, slash stops working.

I had an idea, seems to work :
With Synapse, I started a full factory reset of the keyboard and that’s it : slash is back. ////
