Slow window dragging speed with version 2.21

When I move the synapse window around on my desktop, it moves extremely slow and can't keep up with my mouse speed. Unfortunately I can't upgrade to version 3 because I'm on a "legacy" device (black widow ultimate stealth). Does anyone know of a fix for this? Here is a video of the issue: Also, I'm on Windows 10 version 2004 (OS Build 19041.804)

    First thing - I'd try to update GPU drivers. You can do a clean install - download a tool called DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) - it needs to be run in Windows safe mode. Then after removal download the newest drivers and install them. 2nd thing - you can update your Windows to 20H2 version.
