Smudgy Text Display Razer Stealth 13 (Photo Attached)

I just bought a razer 13 with a normal display, not the 4K, not the touch screen version. Everything seems correct at first but then I noticed the small green and blue smudge around texts. I thought it was my eyes so I took a photo with the iPhone and indeed there are blue and green dots all over the screen around the text. I have been using high-end Vaios for the last 15 years and this is the first time I am using such a low-quality screen. They have green spots around them.
