Due to Valve’s recent update, it is reportedly no longer possible to use Snap-Tab. I only bought my Huntsman v3 keyboard because of this feature. What are your and Razer’s thoughts on the fact that Snap-Tab can no longer be used in CS2?

Wooting’s SOCD is also banned, including custom scripts and jump throw scripts.
It’s only Valve decision, so blame them for it :)

I understand your point. However, the product has been advertised using mixed gameplay from CS2. Although Valve has removed the use of the snap-tab, I believe Razer has a responsibility regarding the marketing of the product.
They still advertise for CS2, thats crazy. I bought the keyboard for this feature, falses adverting. I want some form of refund, its not acceptable, not even a statement
