Snapse 2.0 crashing Win 11 - Orbweaver

I have had a similar issue with Synapse 2.0… I have, however, found a workaround.

First things, first. I have, until today, had no issues with Synapse 2.0 and Win 11. Today, I ran a utility from Norton that updated a number of outdated drivers… two of which were pointed directly at my Black widow KBD and my Tartarus. After the update, my system began crashing with a memory page error, associated with RZUDD.SYS.

my solution was to:

1)  remove all razer software from startup,​​​​​​

2) uninstall Synapse 2.0,

3) download Synapse 2 from the Razer site and reinstall it allowing Synapse 2.0 to auto-update… I was concerned that the auto-update of Synapse2.0 would cause my system to fail, but my system is again stable.

One additional note of concern to me… it appears that when I performed 2 & 3 above, ALL of my stored profiles for my Tartarus disappeared from the “cloud”, and this is something I still need to pursue with the support team.

I am running into the same issue. I followed your steps and like you lost all my profiles but after 10min synapse just crashed again. Have you notice this problem return on your end or am i just special

Same issue on a fresh Win11 install. Install synapse 2. It wants to install an update and when it completes windows crashes.

Same issue here, Windows 11 Pro 24H2, BSOD with module rzudd.sys. Using Synapse 2

I had to delete synapses2  as well. This sucks because I can’t play tibia now ;/.  anyone got any answer from support?

I have been able to get it to work by:

Unplugging my orbweaver chroma before installing synapse 2 and having it unplugged when synapse starts the update. Then plugging it in after the installation completes. I did no longer get a bsod. Hope this works for others.
