I bought some kraken kitty edition black last year and worked fine until recently. Im getting a loud pop noise and small computer freezing when they disconect and reconnect. Looking at the forums ive seen this keeps happening since years ago... ive tried everything, lowering the volume and light, changing the port, reinstalling synapse, the drivers, i even bought a powered usb hub and this shit keeps happening. What im i suposed to do? Everyone said they asked for new ones and those had problems too. The only option is to buy a diferent headset but ive payed 180 dolars for this crap

I fixed my popping with a new USB cable from AliExpress. At least that plugs in and doesn’t need any soldering. Not going to take my headset apart to replace the top part with the covering ripping off though as that would require soldering. Also going to need new ear cups since the pink replacements i bought are already peeling.
