So basic it isn't in the instructions? Video not going into WhatsApp or Camera app (Windows)

After installing Synapse, I can see the image in Synapse but not in WhatsApp or the Camera app (Windows). I just get a blank screen in those apps. When I try to select an input for the Camera App I get this error message: 0xA00F4243<CameraReservedByAnotherApp>(0xC00D3704). Everything I find about this kind of issue does not address having Synapse running and directing its output to WhatsApp (or any other program). I’d really appreciate any tips or links on this.
. . Neither Camera App or WhatsApp show Synapse or the Razer cam as a source for video while Synapse is running. Without Synapse, the camera is recognized.

Video issues in Windows apps like GB WhatsApp download and the Camera app are typically due to incorrect privacy settingsoutdated drivers, or app glitches

GB WhatsApp apk ramps up the limit so you can send way more than 50 images (often up to 90 or even 100 in some versions) in a single message without splitting them into batches. You just open the chat, hit the attachment button, pick your gallery photos, select a big bunch, add captions if you want, and fire them off all at once. This beats the official WhatsApp cap of around 30-100 (depending on updates), making it perfect for dumping event pics, memes, or family albums quickly. No more “sending part 1, part 2” nonsense.
