so disappointed with razer im leaving brand

im binning the most expensive keyboard ive ever purchased because my original question / help post was deleted.  thats not acceptable and im done with razer.  ive spent a lot of money over a long time with this company.  ive replaced the mouse too. 

a reputable company would never delete posts to hide problems.

 that ship sailed when my original post was deleted.

i dont want to give details or keyboard model.

im concerned these posts will be deleted too!

btw i hope that person was fired.

also btw my new keyboard is 1/3 the price and seems to be very high quality, so far.
