So I bought A Razer Blackshark V2 and when I register it it says its alrdy registered

So In May I bought a V2 headset and I didnt know abt the 7.1 cuz it was a gift for me,This week my friend told me abt it and showed me around the website but when I tried to register it it said product alrdy registered and thats frustrating cuz the difference between my Headphones and his r big even tho its just the drivers so please help me and thank you so much
