So i bought the Barracuda but the dongle did not work on my pc and only my phone .when i try to plug in the dongle to the pc .the notification says that the usb is unkown i tried differant usb port is still showing the same thing i tried it the first time it worked but now it doesnt want to work

Did you already try using a different USB port? In the device manager, try checking for a driver with an error next to it and updating that driver. If that didn’t help, PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and check my resources for other workarounds to help you address the problem. Thanks!
