so my pc really lags part 2

so few days ago i started to use razer cortex for running valorant in my pc and i started optimizing my pc but i didnt find it efficient enough so i went to delete it but after i deleted razer cortex my game became even laggier. my whole pc starts to lag even after my game is out of focus and it keeps lagging when the game starts. so is there anything wrong that i have done after uninstalling my software? i tried to reinstall the game and still it doesnt work. earlier before use or razer cortex i used to get around 20-25 fps and after the deletion i barely get 10 fps. pls help me with this problem.

Razer Cortex will restore all items after boosting your game. Also, it would not affect your game and PC if you have exited or uninstalled Razer Cortex.     krissy u ditched me last time u remember me ryt well let me update you with some info also the other games like cs go dont work they give same problem even after uninstallation

    Hi @SohamSShirodkar , I am sorry to let you have the feeling that you are ditched. I replied to you late because we have our New Year holiday. When I came back to work, I see your second post and reply to you here. To resolve your issue, could you let us know whether you used the BOOSTER PRIME feature in Razer Cortex when you play Valorant and CS; GO? If yes, please go to the settings of the two games and click "Settings to Default" Then, check whether the two games are still lagging. Hope this helps you out. Krissy

    cs go lagged even after deleting the razer cortex so it means that all might have happened due to changes done in settings idk

    If you changed the settings of CS; GO in Razer Cortex BOOSTER PRIME, you need to restore the settings to default in the game settings after you uninstall Razer Cortex. Please give it a try. Krissy

    no i installed cs go after i deleted razer cortex hoping that this game would atleast work but all effort went in vain

    and yh this thing happend only for online games and not for offline

    like can it happen because of change in settings by razer cortex had remained even after the uninstallation if the issue is not caused by razer cortex then can u tell me the reason of what may have caused this issue??? and sorry for telling that i had ditched you

    Hey there! That is OK. I completely understand your feeling. If you suspect Razer Cortex has changed your settings, please go to "SYSTEM BOOSTER" > "SPEED UP" and click on "RESTORE TO WINDOWS DEFAULT". It will restore to your windows default settings even though you have uninstalled Razer Cortex before. Then, exit or uninstall Razer Cortex. If this issue persists, there are many possible reasons such as the game or other anti-virus software updates, windows defender updates, GPU updates, hardware damage, and so on. Hope my answer helps.     razer kinda is killing my pc love the brand and all but your software for cortex syanpase and axon are not good i have a i7 9700k and a gtx 1050 and i used to get 80 fps on low to mid settings now i can barely play a game without studders and low fps i checked all of your app and i used you so called “SYSTEM BOOSTER”  i kinda feel like i need a new pc ever since i did that that made it worse 5 fps on cs2 fallout 4 lets make that 20 so number 1 i want my fulll power of my pc back and 2 please dont say it is my game setting s when i know it is razer cause ever since i download it IT IS TRASH please help me that is all i ask i dont want you apps or thing on my pc anymore i just want it fixed
