So simple I'm sure - " and @ keys are mixed up

Hello, Apologies if this is a) covered before (couldn't find it on search) or b) really simple. When I press shift + 2, instead of a @ I get a ". When I press shift + ', I get a @ instead of a ". I can't seem to find how to change shift + anything on synapse 3 (all up to date) - what am I missing please? Happens on both a blackwidow and a hunstmen keyboard. Thanks in advance.

    This sounds more like a keyboard layout issue. Do you mind checking your language settings and make sure that the layout is set to US English?
