software not working :(

hello,, i Format my PC after that i insert my razer KRAKEN in and no software installed ! so i download it manually but it seem not working as good as before and the razer SYNAPSE not working with any mode (GAME, MOVIE, MUSIC, etc,,,) need help plz thx,,,

    What exactly do you mean by this? Are you getting any audio output at all, or are you referring to different modes sounding the same? I'd appreciate it if you can share a short clip of you detailing the issues you are experiencing with the app. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
