Heya, I recently got the keyboard brand new, plugged it in and waited for the automatic driver software detection and install got the error in the attached image. Tried to resolve the issue by: - Rebooting the PC - Using a different USB slot, including the USB 3 slots. - Installing Synapse 2 and and then 3 During the Synapse 3 installation I get an error saying failed to install "rzvirt_01" and "rzvirt_02" drivers, first time the issue occurred another notification prompted me saying something about digital signatures. I'm currently running Windows 7 64bit. The keyboard has basic functions, however is not detected in any Razer program. Please help :(

Fixed the issue by following these steps, leaving it here for anyone else who has the issue, issue was windows 7 protection was enabled for old drivers, these steps will disable it a one time not permanently.
  • Close all programs and reboot your computer.
  • Press the "F8" key as your computer is booting up, before the appearance of the Windows logo.
  • When the "Windows Advanced Options Menu" appears on your screen, use your keyboard arrow keys to highlight the "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement" option and then press "ENTER".
