some cynosa lite bottons don't work
Hi there,
I just connected my cynosa lite keyboard and the Windows botton doesn't work. also the ALT+TAB function doesn't work.
I couldn't find online driver for the keyboard.
What shuld i do?

Have you tried checking in Synapse if you're on gaming mode? You can visit this page for reference. If that's not the case, then let's reset your keyboard by following the steps from this page. Send me the serial number of your keyboard if the problem persists. I can use that to verify its model and look into a firmware-specific solution.
