Hi! I have been using the Razer Kraken Kitty V2 Pro headphones for a week now and it is giving me some problems, such as:
-audio cuts out
-Razer chroma connect is not working (when the other devices are working properly with the Overwatch 2 application).
-tone control sounds out of phase
-the microphone sometimes doesn't work (when it is connected and turned on)
I hope you can help me, since I have reinstalled several times the drivers and it doesn't work.
