Some keys are stuck on my Razer Blackwidow lite

Keys like B, G, Y, 6, F5 and Return (Enter) are always pressed on my keyboard. I'm unable to use the keyboard. Any way this could be fixed

Are the keys physically stuck, or are they spamming after being pressed? Either way, please send me the serial number so I can point you in the right direction. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
