So, i saw that this is a pretty common problem, and yesterday it happened. I already tried with some of the solutions that were suggested in this forum, like firmware update, resetting or even deleting the drives, reinstalling synapse, etc. But nothing seems to work. Also some of the rgb from the keys stopped working, so if i could receive some help it would be awesome, thank you.

To be honest, we’re leaning toward a hardware fault right here. By the way, does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. If it does, shoot me a PM along with your keyboard’s serial number so I can validate it and check for options.
