Hi, I’ve been experiencing an issue for the past 30 days with my Razer BlackWidow Chroma V2 keyboard on Windows. After installing the Razer Synapse software, certain keys stop working properly — for example, the percent sign (%) and closing parenthesis ")". These keys work fine when Synapse its closed. I've tried restarting, reinstalling drivers, and changing language settings, but nothing fixes it. Any help would be appreciated.
