Some keys on my Razer Blade Advanced 15 not working

Hi there,

I have a 2022 Razer Blade Advanced Model RZ09-0409 and the keys D E W 4 and 6 on this Laptop are not working.

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers and re-seated the keyboard cable, but it hasn’t resolved the issue and unfortunately I am out of warranty on this as well.

 

Did anyone in this forum had a similar issue? What did you do to fix it? Would appreciate any support I can get

Let me assist you with your concern. I understand that your Razer Blade 15” Advanced (2021) keys are not responding. Let’s try a few steps to isolate and possibly resolve the problem:

1. Inspect the keys and the keyboard for any visible damage or debris that might be causing a problem. Sometimes dust or small particles can interfere with the keys.

2. Connect an external keyboard to your laptop. If the keys work on the external keyboard, it might indicate a hardware issue with your built-in keyboard.

3. Perform the troubleshooting steps the from support article.
