The column of keys from XXXX and the space bar suddenly stopped working recently. I tried cleaning the keyboard, using different USB ports, using it on another computer without Synapse. I also tried to reset the keyboard but I’m not sure if that worked properly cause the space bar doesn’t work. I’m not sure what to do and I’m quite desperate as it’s the only keyboard I have (I’m typing this on my friend’s laptop). Any assistance would be much appreciated, please.

If yes, then only keyboard disassembly and dry it + clean with 100% IPA (Isopropyl alcohol).
Having similiar issue with ornata v2
Media keys stopped working, I think it’s some faily update they have released.
