Some of the keys from my Razer Blade pro keyboard stopped working

Some of the keys from my Razer Blade pro keyboard stopped working ( not responding). It started as one key yesterday and today I found out more of my keys are not responding. The RGB light is still on but they’re just not responding. Does anyone knows what to do or have similar problem?

I have the same issue but with my "a" key as of right now im just gonna send it for repairs since I have the razer cre plan. but so far I've not found something that's working physically replacing the key is the only option left but I have a warranty for that and will use it. good luck m8
