Hi pulseAzureMistworld658,

Just to clarify, was the headset working fine before, or has this issue been present since you first started using it? Here are some steps you can follow to unpair or reset your Razer BlackShark V3:

1. Make sure the headset is turned off. Press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds until you see the LED indicator flashing.

3.  Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone. Look for your device in the list of paired devices. If it's listed, tap on it and select "Forget" or "Unpair."

4. Re-Pair the Headset. Turn on your BlackShark V3 then put it in pairing mode by holding the power button until the LED indicator flashes rapidly.
Go to your phone's Bluetooth settings again and look for the headset to connect it.

I hope this works. feel free to send me a PM with your device serial number if you need further help. All the best!
