somebody help me, i have a razer kraken essential headset and when i formatted my computer it just stopped working, the audio is pricking and locking, and i can't hear anything, the razer surround 7.1 doesn't work at all, i already uninstalled and installed it again and it doesn't work

Please check if your operating system loaded the correct drivers. In any case, PM me the serial number of your headset so I can help you further isolate the issue.
