After doing some digging on Reddit (seems like your screenshot was taken from there), it seems to be an error with Razer's servers. You'll need to reach out to Razer Support for help on this. Aside form the usual troubleshooting steps of reinstalling Synapse, trying a different computer (linked to the same network as your current computer), there isn't much else I can think of. Again, Razer Support will be way more helpful.
