whenever i try to go to studio to change the color of my keyboard it says "The Chroma Visualizer app is currently controlling your devices lighting" and when i click on "manage chroma apps" theres no other info on how to get it to stop. Whenever i click on it again sometimes it goes away but when i try to color my keyboard the colors wont show up.



the only apps that i have that are chroma are chroma visualizer and genshin impact which are both on



if it changes anything the keyboard im using is blackwidow v3 mini hyperspeed



im just rlly confused help
