Something went wrong and your PIN isn't available (code: 0x80090027)

Hi, I’m using an RZ09-01962E12 and recently I tried using MS Teams. But it required me to change my PIN for windows Hello which I never activated in the first place since none of my laptops are compatible. After doing other stuff I shut the laptop down. The next day, I tried to open it but it wouldn’t accept any of my passwords and would only display the title above. Even when I boot it into recovery mode trying to attempt any type of recovery,  it would ask for a password and none of my passwords worked. Same with safe mode, it asked me to log in, but I still couldn’t since it wouldn’t accept my passwords. I’m losing hope. My super important files are here. :(((
