Hello! I have received a code for signing up to the newsletter, which I have tried to input in to the checkout in order to buy some Razer headphones. However, it comes up stating ‘Sorry, this promo could not be applied.’ even though it fulfils all 3 requirements of: the item being £99 or more, the code being valid until the 19th of July 2025 (it is currently the 16th), and this being my first purchase through Razer.
Does anyone know a fix or a way to contact Razer? There are no categories in the customer support area that would support this issue, at least from what I could tell?
This issue also prevailed when trying to add a valid code into checkout from Student Beans (I am currently a student), so this is not a standalone problem. I would appreciate any help people could offer! :)
