Subject: Disable Two-Step Authentication (2FA) – Can’t Access Authenticator App
Hello Razer Support Team,
I need help disabling the Two-Step Authentication (2FA) on my Razer account.
I no longer have access to the Authenticator app and I cannot receive backup codes.
Here are the details of my account for verification:
Razer ID (Username): الشعبان2
Country used when creating the account: USA
I previously purchased Razer Gold and used it to top-up Age of Empires (packages of $1 and $5) directly from the official Razer website to the game.
I lost access to the Authenticator app and cannot log in now.
I would like to request disabling the 2FA so I can log in again.
