Has anyone encountered the same problem as me? Razer Synapse 3 can detect RAZER BLACKWIDOW ELITE normally. However, setting the light does not work. It will only keep the default rainbow effect.Sometimes I try to fix or uninstall and reinstall, there is a chance that it will be fixed. But when I restarted the computer, it again had this problem: RGB lights could not be set properly. Driver version: RazerSynapseInstaller_V1.0.97.127 ROG-MAXIMUS-XI-HERO-WI-FI

I tried to connect the USB cable with the keyboard logo to USB 3.0 or 2.0. But the problem still exists.

Does it conflict with （ROG-MAXIMUS-XI-HERO-WI-FI）AURA? I am very suspicious~ I am trying to use the keyboard on my laptop. It seems that everything is ok. But the time I tried on my laptop was shorter. Can't be judged. But even if it works fine in a notebook, it makes no sense to me. My main platform for use is ROG-MAXIMUS-XI-HERO-WI-FI.

Thanks for the update. We have not received reports regarding conflicts between Synapse 3 and the ROG software. Do you have Synapse 3 installed on both computers? Can you share a screenshot of the Chroma Apps module?

I am currently unable to provide a screenshot of the settings. I have already returned it to the seller because I can't solve the RGB failure problem for a long time. But for me, its button feel is far better than cherry, I recently planned to buy it back so I asked this question. Later, someone on the forum reminded me to turn off LEDKepper.exe in Synapse 3 CHROMA CONNECT. I clearly remember that there is an MSI.LED application in Chroma Apps, and there are no other applications.（The default LED.MSI is also off. my device, only the graphics card 1070gamingX is the product of MSI.） In addition, I want to confirm that the RAZER BLACKWIDOW ELITE metal cover is iron or steel? I heard that the old version had a problem with rust. Thank you~
