I have bought these headphones recently, connected everything up, read the manual a few times, make an razer id, got an account made. Later this day when I went to use them and listen to some music I noticed I couldn’t hear anything from the right side of the headphones only the left, I have spent a few hours researching various pages and couldn’t find anything that helped. The only thing I noticed when I plugged the cables in the case it came out of both sides, but when I plugged them in the motherboard it only produced sounds from the left side, It might have been the connector that comes with the headphones.
If anyone knows anything about this I would realy appriciate it. Thanks in advance :)

Thanks for alerting us about this. Is it possible for you to try it on a different computer or mobile phone just to check if the same issue persists? Let me know via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
