Hey i have the Blackshark v2 pro for a bit over a month now and i still have this weird issue where if i start a youtube video or a show on netflix the audio is gone for 1-2 seconds the same with discord i dont get any notification sounds cause the sound is muted for whatever reason if i get multiple messages it works but if i get only 1 i dont hear any sound i hope someone can help me here

    I have this issue with Barracuda X 2022 since the beginning. Specifically, when I’m alone in Discord, and there is no sound for a while, I don’t hear the user join notification sound. I can hear them speaking, but the notification sound is cut off because of the delay.

    Honestly, this seems like a design issue with Razer and is the only reason I am not recommending this brand to others.

    Same here! I’m using the Razer Barracuda X Chroma and if I get a notification on discord after a while of silence, the audio is cut off and I can only hear it high pitched and not in its entirety. Same goes for the steam sounds once your game is done downloading etc.

    AI suggested switching to 44100hz instead of 48000hz which I did but didn’t seem to fix the issue fully. 

    WE NEED A SOLUTION!
