Sound from 1 side of Blackshark v2 Pro (2020) in wireless mode

Hi
As said in title i am only getting sound on right channel on my headphones. both earcups works fine in wiremode but when i connect via dongle it only having side from right side.

Its having latest firmware

Did try reseting profiles, uninstalling and reinstalling synapse still the  same

Please help already RMA’d one cause of connectivity issues
