Sound keeps cutting out frequently (Razer Kraken x USB headset)

I have some problems when I use this headset, Razer Kraken X USB. First of all, the sound coming out of it just sometimes keeps cutting out for very short moment for no reason. I checked my USB hub which was fine, and also I replaced my headset with new one of the same model cuz I thought there should be a problem within my headset. But although I replaced, it was still the same. When it goes worse, which is rare, its sound is cut out for 2~3 seconds and there comes noisy buzzing sounds that is very loud. I have no idea how to fix this problem. Can you tell me how to fix it? Thank you.
