Sound on my 2019 Kraken is low in left ear, and didnt get activation code for surround 7.1

The sound in the left ear is low, and my surround activation code wasn't in the box, and synapse wont open to adjust anything. I've been trying for a while, but haven't gotten anywhere. Wasn't I supposed to get a code?
