Sound Output Off Balance | Razer Insider

I have a Razer Seiren X microphone, and have been using the headphone port on it since I got it, but recently there's been an issue; the audio output from the port is incredibly off-balance. When I access my sound settings to confirm that the sound balance for the output of the mic is properly balanced, all the sound in my left headphone speaker is extremely quiet compared to the right one. In order for them to sound somewhat balanced, I have to reduce the volume on the balance settings so that the right side projects at around 30% compared to the left. I continue to experience this issue when using other headphones with the microphone, and when I plug my headphones directly into my PC I don't have any such audio balance issues. I've tried disconnecting the mic and plugging it back in, I've tried updating the drivers, I've tried a full reinstall of the drivers, I've tried disabling audio enhancements, and nothing seems to fix my problem. I can't imagine the mic being broken physically because it just sits at my desk and typically never receives any physical trauma or abuse, so I'm kinda at my wit's end with this issue. Does anyone know any other potential fix I'm overlooking or have any idea as to what could be wrong with the mic?
i m facing the same issue. Hope someone can address this.
