Hello. I bought recently a Razer Kraken X USB headphone. I installed the 7.1 Surround Sound and after the THX software on my PC. While using the headphone I had no problem at all but when I tried to go back on my usual speakers all I had was the robotic sounds of video and livestream, it was lika someone was using robot voice and helium filters at the same time. When I went back on the headphones everything was all right.



At first I suspected that it was the THX software that had compatibility problems so i used this tutorial o try and solve the problem (even if the sound issue was different) and it worked.

I reinstalled the 7.1 software this morning and made sure that I could switch between speakers and headphones. But now the helium/robot sounds are back and I did not change anything in between.
